Dortmund/Hohenzell (Austria), September 12, 2024. The Dataciders Group is further expanding its position as one of the leading providers of data & AI solutions in the German-speaking region with the acquisition of Austrian data & AI service provider PASO Solutions. Following the acquisitions of the IT service providers PRODATO, Nuremberg, and redpoint.teseon, Garching near Munich, this is the third add-on acquisition by the Dataciders Group since Rivean Capital joined in January 2024.
PASO Solutions, based in Hohenzell (Austria), specializes in data & AI solutions for medium-sized and large customers. One focus is on applications in the area of supply chain management, for example the management of production resources or so-called "digital twins" of existing supply chains in order to monitor and optimize processes.
With a team of over 40 employees, PASO Solutions develops and implements customer-specific software solutions in the areas of embedded systems and the Internet of Things. It also provides business analytics services for data management, data integration and real-time monitoring. In terms of technology, PASO Solutions focuses on the Microsoft ecosystem and strengthens this expertise in the Dataciders Group.
