We shape a data-driven future: strategically, technologically, effectively
March 26–27, 2026 I MCC Halle Münsterland
d:u 2026 – The meeting place for real data & AI transformation
Data and artificial intelligence are bringing about lasting change to business models, processes, and value creation. However, they will only reach their full potential when companies consistently develop their skills, responsibilities, and technological foundations. This is precisely the goal of data:unplugged 2026.
The festival brings together thought leaders, implementers, and designers who not only want to discuss data and AI, but also want to actively put it into practice. Dataciders is one of the fewMicrosoft Fabric Featured Partners represented in the Microsoft Hub at d:u. On site, we will demonstrate how organizations can use Microsoft Fabric to build, scale, and securely transition data-driven innovations into operational use—with deep technological expertise, clear methodology, and a consistent focus on measurable added value.
Data strategy, modern platform architectures, and scalable AI—our core topics at d:u
- Microsoft Fabric as the foundation of data & AI transformation
- Data Strategy & Data Governance
- Analytics Engineering & Modern Data Platforms

Dataciders & SKF Customer Case: From a traditional industrial company
to a frontier company

EMEA FVC Analytics and Innovation SKF
SKF can look back on more than a century of industrial innovation. However, the transition to an AI-driven organization is less a purely technological issue than a profound change in structures, working methods, and mindsets. This is precisely where the presentation comes in: change management is highlighted as a key success factor in SKF's AI strategy.
The use of AI has a massive impact on existing processes, role models, and responsibilities. Employees respond to this with openness and interest, but also with uncertainty and skepticism. Effective change management provides guidance, takes these tensions seriously, and promotes a culture of learning and participation.
At SKF, change management is the connecting element of AI transformation. Only when people, organization, and corporate culture are developed together can a traditional company successfully transform itself into a true "frontier company" in the AI age.
