A CSP is a Microsoft-authorized partner that sells cloud services such as Microsoft 365, Azure and Dynamics 365. It sells licenses, advises on the optimal choice of license and offers additional services such as support, contract management and platform access.

Why should I switch from the Enterprise Agreement (EA) to CSP?

If your Enterprise Agreement expires or is not renewed, the CSP model is a flexible, transparent and often cheaper alternative. You benefit from monthly or annual billing, flexible terms and the option to scale licenses at any time - including personal advice.

Can I also obtain Copilot licenses via Dataciders?

Yes, Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio and other AI solutions are part of our license portfolio - naturally also for existing Microsoft 365 tenants, including technical support and possible promotions.

How much does the consultation cost?

The initial consultation including potential analysis is free of charge. Only when you choose us as a license partner will costs be incurred according to the services selected.

How quickly can I switch to the CSP model?

The changeover is usually possible within a few days - after linking your tenant with our Microsoft Partner Center and depending on the complexity of your environment. Depending on the product, the license provision is carried out in line with your current renewal date.
