01.08.2022. This year, the QuinScape Group continues its growth course and is on course for a top position among Europe's IT service providers for the topics of data management and analytics. With the addition of cth Gesellschaft für Entscheidungs- und Informationssysteme mbH, the group now includes five IT service providers.
With more than 450 employees, a total of seven locations spread across Germany and an expected annual revenue of more than 45 million euros in 2022, the QuinScape Group has thus reached a significant size in the German-speaking market since it started business in mid-2019.
"cth GmbH strengthens the QuinScape Group primarily with its many years of experience, especially in the finance and insurance industry. From a technical perspective, cth complements us with its know-how in SAS technology as well as Python and legacy expertise," says Dr. Norbert Jesse, one of the managing directors of QuinScape Group.
For Jan Philipp Bensch, Managing Director of cth GmbH, joining the group represents an important step into the future: "Through the integration into the QuinScape Group, we expect new opportunities in customer presence and company growth."
In 2019, QuinScape GmbH had brought AUCTUS Capital Partners AG on board as a growth partner and founded QuinScape Group GmbH. As an independent investment company, AUCTUS is the most successful German company of its kind with nearly 300 company investments since 2001.
The aim of the Buy & Build strategy initiated by the partners AUCTUS and QuinScape is to successively acquire IT service companies as continuing independent partners in order to strengthen the Group in three growth dimensions: Expansion of locations, addition of expertise in significant technologies, and access to further industries and customers. All partner companies will continue to act autonomously and independently in their corporate structures and processes.
"The QuinScape Group is taking another step towards becoming a broad-based IT service provider. With its focus on data management and analytics, the group has already become a powerful expert for mission-critical data infrastructure," Simon Ruess of AUCTUS underlines the group's objective.
