What you can expect in your new job

• You actively pursue business development and pre-sales, acquiring customers from your and our network.
• You moderate and conduct XIAD workshops from the Microsoft series.
• You give presentations at conferences, trade shows, and events (e.g., TDWI, D:U, Automotive Masterminds) and actively participate as a speaker in podcasts for well-known brands.
• You have a visible impact both externally and internally—through training courses, workshops, and active communication.
• You advise clients strategically on AI topics and implement these strategically and hands-on.
• You will work on innovative first-mover projects involving modern AI technologies.
• You build your personal thought leadership visibility and actively live it (LinkedIn, communities, Viva Engage).

What we want from you

• You have strong pre-sales and business development skills and technical understanding.
• You have experience or a strong interest in AI and data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric & Copilot, SAP AI Joule, Databricks, Blockbrain, or similar.
• You are highly motivated to learn and eager to specialize and obtain certification in the field of AI.
• You have a solution-maker mindset: flexible, positive, customer-oriented, confident, strong communication skills, and a persuasive manner.
• You enjoy traveling and take pleasure in active, operational work as well as AI strategy consulting.
• You have an active and professional LinkedIn presence and also have an impact internally.
