What you can expect in your new job

A wide range of responsibilities, including organizational tasks, customer service, and actively helping to shape our office processes.

  • You ensure a professional reception and embody the concierge philosophy in office management. 
  • You ensure that the office runs smoothly and that the work environment is organized and pleasant. 
  • You will support key office processes such as travel bookings, fleet management, and supplier management. 
  • You will prepare for, during, and after meetings and events, working closely with various departments. 
  • You reliably manage office resources, documentation, and relevant office systems.
  • You will assist with business and administrative processes (e.g., contracts, preliminary bookkeeping, data maintenance). 
  • You’ll also get to know our other departments and actively contribute to their work, giving you a comprehensive understanding of our operations and ensuring that your training is well-rounded, diverse, and practical.

  • You have good grades; we'll teach you everything else.
  • You are reliable and a true team player. 
  • You like to pitch in and don't just want to sit on the sidelines. 
  • You work in an organized manner and pay attention to detail. 
  • You are interested in organization, communication, and business processes. 
  • You're open to new tools, digital processes, and the topic of AI.
  • You have basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • You impress with your confident and polished command of German (spoken and written); knowledge of English is a plus, but not required
