What you can expect in your new job
- You will work on a variety of client projects and oversee the entire process, from requirements analysis to the rollout of customized data models and data strategies.
- You will develop and design high-quality data models and data-quality-focused data architectures across the entire data value chain—from cloud platforms and data pipelines to BI reports and ML models.
- You will define, implement, and monitor data quality rules, metrics, and governance, validation, and control mechanisms.
- You will advise clients at the intersection of business units and IT on how to sustainably improve data quality and on the use of AI with a focus on quality and traceability.
- You will lead and facilitate workshops on data quality, artificial intelligence, and automation, seamlessly switching between client interaction and technical implementation.
- You will automate data and quality processes while continuously developing your professional and technical skills.
What we want from you
- You have a college degree (e.g., in computer science, business informatics, or a related field) and several years of project experience in data modeling and data architecture—ideally with a focus on data quality in the context of AI.
- You have strong knowledge of database technologies and the Microsoft ecosystem, and you have experience with platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Azure Synapse.
- You have a solid command of Python and SQL and have experience developing data pipelines and ETL processes, as well as—ideally—with tools such as dbt or orchestration solutions.
- You have practical experience working in cloud environments and with the automation of data and quality processes.
- You excel in communication and facilitation skills, possess analytical and structured thinking, and are confident in your consulting role.
- You work both independently and as part of a team, are open to new technologies and eager to learn, and have excellent German and English language skills (at least C1 level).
