What you can expect in your new job

  • You will develop and oversee company-wide data strategies—from the vision to the roadmap.
  • You will work on topics across the entire data value chain—from data architecture and governance to data and AI readiness, as well as compliance with the EU AI Act.
  • You will conduct strategy workshops and data and AI readiness assessments, and work with clients to develop robust data and AI concepts.
  • You will evaluate and design modern data platforms and AI solutions based on Microsoft Fabric and/or similar technologies.
  • You will work with clients in the DACH region across various industries, bringing together data strategy, AI strategy, and responsible data processing.

What we want from you

  • You're passionate about data strategy and data governance.
  • You have a confident demeanor and enjoy working with clients in workshops and projects.
  • You have experience in developing data strategies, as well as with data governance frameworks, maturity models, and data quality and metadata management.
  • You have experience with Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Purview, or comparable platforms from other vendors; knowledge of SQL for conducting independent data analysis in a discovery context is a plus.
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of AI strategy as well as current developments in generative AI, large language models, and responsible AI.
  • You are a team player, communicate clearly, are willing to travel, and speak German and English at the C1 level.
