As an Inside Sales – Outbound Channel Representative (f/m/d) at Dataciders in Nuremberg or Dortmund,you are the first point of contact for potential new customers. You will identify suitable target customers, make contact by phone and in writing, generate interest in Dataciders, and assess initial needs.
Your goal is to turn relevant contacts into qualified initial appointments for our sales and consulting team. Our sales managers and consultants will then handle further technical consulting, proposal preparation, and project development.

What you can expect in your new job
- You identify potential new customers and relevant contacts in specific target industries and companies
- You actively reach out to potential customers—by phone, email, LinkedIn, or as part of marketing campaigns
- You’ll conduct initial conversations, generate interest in Dataciders, and determine whether there is a relevant need
- You qualify leads based on defined criteria and use this information to generate sales-qualified leads or schedule initial appointments
- You will schedule appointments for our sales and consulting team and ensure a smooth handover
- You will assist with the follow-up work for campaigns, trade shows, and marketing initiatives
- You will accurately record your activities in the CRM system and maintain customer and contact information
- You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Consulting, and over time you will develop a solid understanding of our topics, target audiences, and value propositions
What we want from you
- You have completed vocational training, a college degree, or have a comparable qualification
- You enjoy sales, reaching out to people, and striking up conversations
- You enjoy talking on the phone and have a positive, friendly, and persuasive manner
- You can quickly get up to speed on new topics and explain complex concepts in a simple and clear way
- You work in an organized and reliable manner and keep clear records of your activities
- You have excellent written and spoken German skills
- Previous experience in sales, cold calling, sales development, or lead qualification is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or B2B campaigns is preferred but not required
