What you can expect in your new job
- You ensure a professional reception and embody the concierge philosophy in office management.
- You ensure that the office runs smoothly and that the work environment is organized and pleasant.
- You will support key office processes such as travel bookings, fleet management, and supplier management.
- You will prepare for, during, and after meetings and events, working closely with various departments.
- You will assist with business and administrative processes (e.g., contracts, preliminary bookkeeping, data maintenance).
- You reliably manage office resources, documentation, and relevant office systems.
What we want from you
- Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in office management and are looking to contribute your expertise on a long-term basis.
- You work in a structured, precise, and independent manner and value clearly defined responsibilities.
- You bring flexibility, reliability, and a strong commitment to service and customer satisfaction.
- You contribute your ideas, take on responsibility, and are given the freedom to proactively address issues.
- You excel at communication and maintain a solution-oriented approach even in challenging situations.
- You are interested in new technologies, particularly AI, and enjoy working with modern IT systems.
- You are proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams).
- You have excellent written and spoken German skills (C2); English skills (B2) are a plus.
