What you can expect in your new job

• You will independently plan, manage and control complex projects and programs in the field of power grids, ensuring the success of each project.
• You take on the economic management and responsibility for projects and manage them efficiently, taking resources and project goals into account.
• You coordinate customer requirements and expectations and ensure that these are continuously met through professional communication.
• You advise and support our customers strategically in the alignment and long-term development of their projects.
• You are responsible for the technical management of employees in projects and promote smooth cooperation and the exchange of knowledge.

What we want from you

• You communicate proactively and have strong presentation and moderation skills that help you to convey complex topics clearly and convincingly.
• You have very good self-organization skills and shape team structures on your own initiative and with a sense of responsibility.
• You think economically and recognize opportunities and risks at an early stage, which enables you to manage projects with foresight.
• You have in-depth knowledge of the electricity or gas grid and energy industry processes and have methodological expertise in (IT) project management (classic & agile).
• You have relevant certifications and ideally experience as a product owner.
• You have industry knowledge and are confident in dealing with the challenges of the energy industry.
