What you can expect in your new job
- You understand industrial value chains and implement tailor-made solutions by identifying key challenges, e.g., in supply chain management, PLM, or project portfolio management, and demonstrating their added value through data analytics and AI.
- You will develop existing customer relationships and support our teams in strategically anchoring Datacider with existing customers and expanding the portfolio.
- You will actively shape market development, develop go-to-market approaches, and represent Dataciders at relevant trade fairs and in associations.
- You shape our industry DNA by translating the requirements and specifics of the defense industry for our experienced delivery team.
- You will support the development of a specialized sales and consulting team for this sector.
- You activate your network, open doors with relevant decision-makers, and position Dataciders as a trusted partner for data and AI.
What we want from you
- You have many years of experience in sales or business development in the defense industry or related industrial and manufacturing segments.
- You are confident navigating between OT and IT and understand the differences between embedded systems and enterprise IT, as well as company-wide processes, data flows, ERP landscapes, PMO, and supply chain structures.
- You are a builder personality, acquire leads independently, think long-term, and act confidently in complex sales cycles at the decision-making level.
- You are fluent in German and English and have a high degree of sensitivity to discretion, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the industry.
- You have an established, resilient network of decision-makers at system houses and Tier 1 suppliers.
