What you can expect in your new job

• You develop and implement innovative IT strategies that revolutionize business and IT processes and advise customers on technology trends such as AI to identify optimization potential.
• You take on temporary management positions in IT and use your expertise to strengthen teams in challenging times.
• You manage complex consulting projects from idea to implementation, plan resources, manage budgets and ensure efficient time management.
• You build long-term relationships with customers and proactively identify business opportunities to further develop our partnerships.
• You carry out market analyses, identify trends and present results to stakeholders and customers to support strategic decisions.
• You prepare presentations and workshops, conduct training sessions and communicate best practices and optimization potential to achieve our customers' goals.

What we want from you

• You have a degree or a comparable qualification.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in IT organizational and technical consulting.
• You have excellent analytical skills and experience in process and data analysis.
• You have certifications in methods such as COBIT, TOGAF, SAFe, Lean or ITIL.
• You have a strong technical understanding of IT architectures and trends in the areas of IT infrastructure, applications and data.
• You have knowledge of managing and developing people.
• You can present complex information in a clear and structured way.
• You enjoy working successfully with stakeholders at all levels.
• You have strong communication skills in German and English.
• You are willing to travel, depending on project requirements.
