Your tasks

You will work closely with your colleagues on exciting projects to optimize structures, processes and IT systems along the value chain for our customers in various industries. You can find the detailed tasks below:

• Analyzing the customer requirements of the specialist department and coordinating with the teams involved
• Creation of paper prototypes and simple solution concepts
• Independent implementation of noCode developments based on the cplace platform, e.g:
  • Creation of problem-adequate information/data models
  • Configuration of page layouts
  • noCode / lowCode modeling
  • Conception of functionalities (e.g. for necessary data integration with other systems),
    which are then implemented by software developers
  • Definition and creation of authorization models
  • Testing the created solutions
• Planning and implementation of quality assurance measures and creation of documentation
• (Partial) project management of corresponding projects and orders
• Exchange with partners on best-practice solutions
• Very good methodical and technical skills as well as strong intrinsic motivation to explore new and unfamiliar areas of responsibility even without presence-based communication in the remote office.
• Conception of target processes and specification of IT requirements
• Implementation in close cooperation with our clients' employees and using modern change methods

Your profile

Successful degree in the fields of business informatics, information technology, business administration, engineering or equivalent professional experience

• If possible, two to three years of professional experience in agile software development projects
• Professional experience or strong interest in the fields of product development, project management, supply chain management
• Knowledge and experience in customizing and configuring enterprise software solutions and the associated development and implementation processes
• (Partial) project management experience
• Creativity and understanding of solutions for concept development
• Experience and enjoyment of developing modern software solutions
• An open and communicative personality, fluent German and very good English skills
