Student Employee (m/f/d) in Human Resources Development

Then you've come to the right place, because we are looking for a Working students (m/f/d), for the Dortmund location, who enjoys the following tasks:

What you can expect in your new job

  • You will help plan, organize, and further develop training and professional development programs.
  • You will coordinate schedules, participants, and trainers, including communication.
  • You will help maintain and further develop feedback and evaluation formats.
  • You will contribute to HR projects and play an active role in the use of AI tools in the HR field
  • You will assist with creating presentations and overviews, as well as with administrative and documentation tasks (e.g., participant lists, continuing education hours, and supporting documentation).

What we want from you

  • You are enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., business administration, psychology, human resources management, or education).
  • You are interested in human resources development, leadership, and organizational culture .
  • Are you interested in AI-supported work methods and, ideally, have already had some theoretical and/or practical experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot,Rovo or similar).
  • You work in an organized, reliable, and independent manner.
  • You stand out for your strong communication skills and team spirit.
  • You have a very good command of German; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
