Dortmund, January 21, 2026 – Dataciders, Germany's largest data and AI specialist, is entering into a strategic partnership with Blockbrain. The collaboration expands Dataciders' solution portfolio to include specialized AI-powered knowledge management systems designed specifically for regulated industries and complex organizational structures.

Blockbrain combines structured knowledge management with configurable knowledge bots that can be integrated directly into business processes. Unlike generic AI agent builders, the platform relies on company-specific knowledge models with high security and compliance standards.

Best-of-breed instead of one-size-fits-all

"Our customers expect not only technical excellence from us, but also the best solution for their specific requirements," explains Christopher Klewes, member of the management board at Dataciders. "With Blockbrain, we can implement AI solutions that go beyond standard tools and still work seamlessly with established Microsoft technologies, especially in regulated environments."

The partnership does not detract from Dataciders' strategic Microsoft focus—as one of only a few Microsoft Fabric Featured Partners worldwide with the highest certifications. Rather, it demonstrates the company's orchestrating approach: identifying the best technology for each use case and implementing it end-to-end.

Tried and tested: Initial successes with renowned customers

The effectiveness of this approach has already been demonstrated in practice: at international strategy consultancy Roland Berger, consultants are empowered by Blockbrain-based knowledge systems that are combined with Microsoft AI Foundry in the background. The solution enables faster access to project-relevant knowledge and increases the quality of consulting through AI-supported assistance systems.

"The combination of our specialized knowledge management and Dataciders' expertise in complex enterprise architectures opens up new possibilities for sophisticated AI implementations," says Antonius Gress, founder and CEO of Blockbrain. "Together, we are addressing a market that goes far beyond simple chatbot solutions."

Focus on project and portfolio management

Initially, the partnership will focus on project and portfolio management (PPM) – one of Dataciders' core areas. Knowledge management and AI-supported assistance systems are becoming increasingly important here, as PMOs evolve from pure control entities to strategic enabler functions.

However, the joint solution portfolio is deliberately designed to be scalable and can be extended to other areas such as supply chain management, process automation, or digital transformation.
