Dortmund/Berlin, August 10, 2026 – Dataciders, one of the leading specialists in AI transformation in the German-speaking world, is acquiring the Berlin-based data and AI consulting firm DATANOMIQ. With this acquisition, Dataciders is expanding its service portfolio to include process mining and strengthening its expertise in the areas of AI transformation and agentic engineering.
With DATANOMIQ, Dataciders is gaining an experienced specialist in process mining, data & AI, and agentic engineering. Through more than 500 projects, the company has helped clients gain transparency into their business processes and identify concrete opportunities for optimization and automation. DATANOMIQ brings extensive experience with leading process mining platforms such as Celonis and SAP Signavio. Dataciders is thus expanding its existing portfolio across the value chain of data and AI projects. This will enable the company to provide even more targeted support to clients in identifying relevant opportunities within their processes and deploying AI solutions where they deliver the greatest benefit.
