Dortmund, February 26, 2026 – Dataciders is joining forces: The German companies of the group are merging into a single organization with uniform structures, a clear market presence, and an integrated service portfolio covering all aspects of data and AI.
Structural clarity as a basis for further growth
Dataciders has grown in recent years through a successful buy-and-build model and has integrated specialized companies. Now, this approach is being consistently continued: internal systems and processes are being standardized, responsibilities are being clarified, and cross-departmental collaboration is being strengthened.
"The development into a single company gives us the structural clarity and speed we need for our next phase of growth," says CEO Dr. Gero Presser. For customers, this means less complexity, clearer points of contact, and greater pooling of expertise across all areas of data and AI transformation: "Our customers will benefit most from this," adds CFO Thomas Diezmann.
On the way to becoming a frontier firm: AI not only for customers, but also internally
With this realignment, Dataciders is specifically developing into a so-called frontier firm, a term from the Microsoft ecosystem for companies that use AI particularly consistently to further develop themselves operationally, culturally, and strategically.
For Dataciders, this means not only using AI in customer projects, but also systematically embedding it in their own work processes, from software development and finance to people and culture. "We want to lead the way as Customer Zero and show how AI-supported working methods can have a real impact," says Dr. Gero Presser. "By establishing new technologies in our own organization first, we are creating a reliable reference point – for ourselves and for our customers."
