Dortmund, February 4, 2025 - The current regulatory changes to the EU AI Act usher in a new era of artificial intelligence in Europe. Ensuring the AI competence of all employees who work with AI systems is now particularly important. New regulations of the EU AI Act: Focus on AI competence
The EU AI Act, in particular the newly added Article 4, sets out clear requirements for the training and competence of personnel operating and using AI systems. "Providers and operators of AI systems shall take measures to ensure, to the best of their ability, that their personnel and other persons involved in the operation and use of AI systems on their behalf have a sufficient level of AI competence," the legal text states.
