In the energy sector, we help energy companies to digitalize and optimize their processes .
We advise them strategically, professionally, technologically and methodically on the implementation of their projects and support them in the selection and implementation of suitable tools. We also support our customers in adapting to new framework conditions, such as restructuring, new regulations or changes in legislation.

What you can expect in your new job

• You analyze and model processes in the energy industry environment. 
• Based on a structured requirements analysis, you will design functional and IT solutions together with the customer and support their introduction or adaptation.
• You are the interface between IT and specialist departments in the energy industry.
• You provide our customers with technical advice on energy industry topics, such as EDM, energy trading, algo trading, analyses in the energy industry or similar.
• With your management and methodology know-how you help our customers to lead projects to success.

What we want from you

• You have several years of project and consulting experience in the IT industry, e.g. in the implementation of IT solutions and are familiar with project management methodologies such as IPMA, PMI or PRINCE2 and agile methodologies such as Scrum. 
• With profound knowledge in the energy industry (e.g. on topics such as EDM, MaKo2020, trading or gas industry) you strengthen the portfolio development of your team and pass on their professional know-how.
• You have strengths in process management (e.g. modeling in BPMN 2.0 with tools such as Signavio or ARIS) and are adept at structured requirements analysis.
• Analytical skills, business understanding and team spirit complement your project experience.
• For the communication with our customers you need a perfect knowledge of German and English for the project work.
