With us, you will realize solutions for project and portfolio management along the core processes for large corporations with exciting brands.
We work with a Rapid Application Development (RAD) platform that enables you as a consultant to create tangible added value for our customers in innovative and agile IT projects together with our development teams.  
As an IT consultant, you will be part of our consulting team. Our task is to design customer-specific solutions with the platform in projects. With our support, you will become a no- and low-code specialist.

• You manage exciting IT projects and programs for our customers.
• You conduct workshops with our customers, capture requirements and document functional requirements in user stories.  
• You will work in our motivated and agile thinking software development teams.
• You design the core processes of large companies together with interdisciplinary teams.
• As a central contact person for our customers, you can mediate between business and IT and explain complex relationships simply.
• You advise our customers on project and process management and work together as a team to develop solutions for the product development of the future.
• You can independently implement processes on our RAD/No- & Low-Code platform and thus actively shape them instead of just sitting in meetings.

• You are confident with the methods, tools and procedures in agile software development and requirements analysis. 
• You want to get familiar with low-code (JavaScript) programming and can independently implement automations and workflows with low-code (we'll teach you exactly how to do that).
• You enjoy discussing requirements directly with customers, understanding their challenges and then translating them into solutions. 
• You bring along high social, communication and team competence.
• You have a strong analytical thinking and abstraction skills.
• you have very good German and English skills.
