Your locations

  • Hennigsdorf near Berlin
  • You can mainly work remotely, we would be very happy for you to be in the office about one day a week

Your tasks

  • At our company, you will work on two versatile focal points, each with interfaces to different corporate functions. You will work on critical business processes and your work results will penetrate all levels of the company.
    • You support the design, optimization and implementation of operational processes within the PMO
    • You are responsible for creating meaningful analyses and reports for our management
    • You work closely with business unit managers and project managers
    • With us, you will realize your own projects and take responsibility for redesigning the after-sales process and setting up a knowledge management system, among other things
    • With approx. 25 % of your time, you are also the first point of contact for topics and questions relating to data protection, information security and occupational health and safety

Your profile

  • You have a degree in economics, business informatics or a comparable subject or have completed training in a commercial profession or in the legal field
  • You have a basic commercial understanding and ideally experience in the PMO
  • You have a strong interest in compliance topics and ideally you already have some professional experience
  • You have a sound knowledge of Excel, from complex functions to data analysis 
  • You are assertive, communicative and find the perfect balance between necessity and pragmatism
  • Good to know: You don't have to have a perfect command of all the tasks listed, you may even be a career changer. What is more important to us is your interest in the topics, your ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility and that you fit in well with us and our team!
