What you can expect in your new job

• You create and coordinate integration concepts for the entire Group and our subsidiaries, including detailed milestone plans, and act as the central point of contact for the project teams and other stakeholders. 
• You will support the group in the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives, including financial analysis and resource forecasting. 
• You identify measures to increase value and optimization potential and implement these in projects as part of the Value Creation program. 
• You will work closely with the Head of M&A, the Group's management and the managing directors of the subsidiaries and prepare meaningful reports for the relevant stakeholders.

What we want from you

• You have at least 3-4 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in an international context and in the field of M&A. 
• You think and act entrepreneurially, have a strong understanding of business models, operational financial figures and the design of digital processes. 
• You are an assertive, but at the same time open team player with a high degree of flexibility and excellent work organization. 
• You have strong communication skills and a confident manner. Your open and authentic personality rounds off your profile. 
• Ideally, you have experience in consulting or project management in larger organizations and can apply this to challenging projects. 
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English.
