What you can expect in your new job

  • You develop and implement an effective liquidity strategy to make the best use of available funds.
  • You set up a Group-wide cash policy and develop it continuously.
  • You monitor the daily cash positions and make well-founded recommendations for short-term investments or borrowing.
  • You create precise and comprehensive cash flow forecasts that take into account the requirements of the various business areas.
  • You are responsible for the introduction of group-wide cash forecasts and for the definition and implementation of reporting standards.
  • You ensure that regulatory requirements and relevant financial regulations are complied with through appropriate treasury processes.

What we want from you

  • You have a Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance & Accounting.
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in managing high-performance financial structures in larger medium-sized companies, ideally in an environment with strong M&A activities.
  • You are well versed in the use of various cash planning tools, ERP systems, banking tools and Office 365.
  • You have extensive experience in working with private equity and senior debt structures.
  • You communicate confidently in German and English - both orally and in writing.
